何翘楚副教授，清华大学工学学士、加州（伯克利）大学运筹学博士，国家特聘专家（青年），深圳市海外高层次人才（B级），主要研究运营管理和运筹学在智慧城市/可持续发展/人工智能等领域的应用。在管理科学与工程及其相关领域顶级期刊和会议有50多篇国际论文已发表或在返修，主持国自然（NSFC）面上（2项）、深圳市科创委、香港基础研究基金（GRF）等项目。担任中国管理科学与工程学会理事，CCF计算经济学会执委，中国管理现代化研究会管理与决策科学专委，广东省机械工程学会物流工程分会理事。担任一些期刊的编委和审稿人（包括工程院院刊FEM、INFORMS会刊Service Science 副编辑, OR/MS/MSOM/POM等UTD24期刊）。多次为教育部、工信部等重要人才计划以及各省市自然科学基金项目评审。在南科大、港科大和北卡州立教授供应链管理、生产制造系统、服务运营、大数据分析、系统仿真、编程算法、随机过程、凸优化、排队论、概率论、动态规划等课程。曾获广东省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖，IEEE CASE 医疗自动化奖Best Paper Award, POMS-HK Best Paper Award，Katta G. Murty Prize等。先后指导30多名硕士和博士生。指导学生获IISE年会最佳医疗论文奖，行为运筹学年会（BOM）最佳论文奖，智能制造年会最佳论文奖，获马里兰、康乃狄格、牛津、新国立、港大和港科大等名校商学院博士全奖，多位学生获国家奖学金。课题组成员获聘英国利物浦大学、香港理工大学、华中科技大学、中科大、人民大学、西安交大、深圳技术大学等高校管理学院正式教职。
