Shenzhen North Station is very close to the University. The distance is about 4 kilometers. If you take a taxi, it will cost approximately 30 yuan (US$5). You can also take Line 5 of the subway, which is connected to Shenzhen North Station, and take the subway towards Chiwan(赤湾). After two subway stops, you can exit from Exit D of Tanglang Station(塘朗).Then you can see the main entrance of South University of Science and Technology.
Between the University and downtown: Public transport in Shenzhen is very efficient, and getting to the University is easy, whether by taxi, or subway. The nearest subway station to the University is Tanglang Station (塘朗) .
